Evacovation Online Portal
The Evacovation online portal is at the heart of Evacovation’s emergency response management solutions. The portal has been through rigorous testing and it has been scaled to manage big data which has the capability to process information of countries, cities, communities, large enterprises with branch offices, corporations’ headquarters, manufacturing plants, services businesses, warehouses, public assets and military bases. This all-inclusive structured portal allows the client to manage, review and append information related to their emergency management status.
The clients have the privilege to review multiple sites at once which may be located globally. The data of each site is regularly updated and gives a complete overview of its emergency response personnel, complete details of equipment, site maps, EVAC, ECL, test runs conducted, history of emergencies, performance of each site during a test or a real emergency, the risk ratings of the site, training status of the staff, the compliance score of the site and many more dynamic reports which are graphically presented. Moreover, all the sites can add up to give an over all emergency response compliance and risk score to the whole group entity at an enterprise level. The same structure is in compliance with government sector or military bases and can further be applied at a small business entity with only one location.
The information in the portal is seamlessly connected with the Evacovation mobile application which fetches the data in real time as an emergency occurs on any site. The portal is geo-fenced and therefore shares relevant information according to the geographical area including weather and other information necessary for all related entities to take critical decisions.
Evacovation has invested and tested the user interface by conducting focus groups and extensive market research to make sure it is user friendly. For international clients, the portal also offers translations into multiple languages as well as customization to the local laws and compliance with regulatory bodies
