Our fire emergency process has been carefully designed according the laws of Australia. In Australia, there are three levels of wardens responsible to manage the fire emergency; Chief Warden, Floor Warden and Warden The floor wardens are designated personnel across each floor of any building. Sometimes when the fire breaks, the floor warden may be absent from the floor and this is one of the most common issues faced by Chief Wardens. This issue has been resolved by Evacovation by immediately assigning a warden to become floor warden in real time and take the responsibility. Even if they are not trained, the app guides the new floor warden with a step by step process to take their people to safety. Our five steps process to manage any type of fire emergency ensures seamless coordination between the Chief Warden and Floor Wardens in real time. It gives an extensive view to Chief Warden to monitor all the floors simultaneously or filter information based on the status of each floor.

The Chief Warden can communicate with the Floor Wardens or may send multiple messages to selected floors or all Floor Wardens with predefined or customized instructions. Predefined instructions ensure that the entire emergency response management team adheres to the framework, policies and best practices. It also assures everyone that none of the steps towards safety have been missed out. Furthermore, the information is saved for future analytics and improvement in the Evacovation portal for performance appraisals and improvement in the system.
